Looks like we have a deal in Congress, no solution to our spending problem, but a deal between the two bodies responsible for spending us into this situation in the first place.
What the heck good is this going to do? We have no growth in our economy ( Brazil at 7% growth this year) and still can not pay our bills. I still see tough times ahead for most of us still lucky (?) enough to have a job. And again, the old members of Congress who got us into this state are not going to change their thinking and need to be replaced, they are out of touch. It really is no time to strap on the party hats at all!
