Where do bad students go

     This is funny seeing you can not get rid of a "bad student" of "bad teacher" in this country.  Would this make the 6'oclock liberal media if it happened in your town? How awful, consequences being paid for not obeying the rules or just being naughty. 

Two rows of students, considered naughty or not performing well academically, sit an exam outside a classroom at a middle school in Jinxian county, East China's Jiangxi province, Nov 8, 2011. The temperature dropped by a dozen degrees and many students were shivering in the cold.

    Reminds me of my K-12 years.

    I saw the inside of a classroom once. The first day of kindergarten and they had me pegged from then on.
