Funny how things happen. We have been spending money for almost 20 years in the effort to find this guy and his girlfriend, who as a matter of fact has been having her property taxes paid by SOMEONE all these years. Now that he is into his eighties, we will be able to take care of him the rest of his days with housing and medical needs!
