Cleveland Spying on Citizens who do not Recycle

     Excuse me for being the suspicious one when it comes to questioning the cameras showing up on every road stop light or the municipality controlled electrical meters being installed on people's home.  Forget about the internet, our public servants are keeping track of you and you better start paying attention.  Oh, have you forgotten to pick up after Fido as of late?  Did you just light up that cigarette in your own back yard?  No, I must be the one who is paranoid, at least I do have my papers.......do you?
