Lets get this straight, Mr. Kerry is not breaking the law in this matter. The bigger question is why do most politicians believe that they are immune to the questions of the public and media when they are in these situations? Again, the question of Miss Pelosi's plane also comes to mind, is it legal, yes. I think it is at the least hypocritical to vote for higher taxes for your constituents while dodging your own responsibility.... The state is broke and needs money, it takes mine and it sure could use yours too Mr. Kerry.
