Valentine's Day vendors weren't shown the love

A story for all those who think things are changing and getting better with everyday this administration is in office and throwing to the masses stimulus that is not working.
The talk around my neck of the woods is that all is pretty much the same as last year. The jobs bill is a joke with all the 'stuff ' that is added to it by every Tom, Dick, and of course HARRY REID.

  1. It's not getting better. They are cooking the books.

  2. The protagonist of the LA Times storoy is Yolanda Miranda. Great name. What were her parents thinking? Not as good as Oren Boren, Franklin Schanklin, or Alma Dillow, though.
    (real names of real people).

  3. Our local greasy spoon had a special for Valentine's Day. Buy one, get one free---14oz prime rib, two sides, salad and drink.

Mrs. Crucis and I stopped for a late lunch on Saturday. The special offer started a 3PM on Saturday for the rest of the weekend. We took them up on the special. The prime rib was GOOD! So much that Mrs. Crucis suggested we stop again after church on Sunday for an encore.

We did and it was as good as the previous day's offering.
