I know this will make me sound heartless but here it goes.
What is an anti-bullying bill and what is the purpose? Is this bill going to stop bullying or just put more responsibility on the schools that should be spend the time teaching reading, writing, and new math?
We can not legislate everything we do not like or feel inappropriate. I was bullied and used the old lunchbox to fix the problem.
I'm just saying, this reminds me of the ban on smoking on school grounds.........so they smoke down the street.

I had a bully problem when I was a freshman in High School. I took care of the problem too even though it got me suspended from school for a week. That was one football player who didn't play the rest of the season, nor bothered Freshmen again.
