Governor Deval Patrick, like his friend the President, want to give small businesses tax credits

Well that's all well and good but, and the big but,
if the phone is not ringing at my business why would I want to hire? That tax credit of $2500. is an embarrassment in the relation of how much an employee costs in insurance, taxes, and benefits mandated by the state of Massachusetts....
