Anglers will now need to register to go fishing

BOSTON (AP/WPRI) - Gov. Deval Patrick has signed a law requiring state licenses for saltwater fishing in Massachusetts.

Give a man a fish and he can eat for a day, Teach a man to fish and you can tax him for the rest of his life!!!!!!

  1. Are you s--tting me? A license for salt water fishing? What if you put to sea from Portsmouth, NH, and, unwittingly, drift into Mass. waters: can Patrick throw you in jail if you dont have a saltwater fishing license?
What if I want to go out on a party boat: I have to get a license? Does he think this will balance their budget. Damn thing is, the idiots in Massachusetts will support this.
