BOSTON (AP/WPRI) - Gov. Deval Patrick has signed a law requiring state licenses for saltwater fishing in Massachusetts.

Are you s--tting me? A license for salt water fishing? What if you put to sea from Portsmouth, NH, and, unwittingly, drift into Mass. waters: can Patrick throw you in jail if you dont have a saltwater fishing license?

ya, you stray, you pay! We have police officers standing is streets when any outside contractor is doing business, we will also have them at the docks ticketing people...
