Anglers will now need to register to go fishing

BOSTON (AP/WPRI) - Gov. Deval Patrick has signed a law requiring state licenses for saltwater fishing in Massachusetts.

Give a man a fish and he can eat for a day, Teach a man to fish and you can tax him for the rest of his life!!!!!!

  1. Are you s--tting me? A license for salt water fishing? What if you put to sea from Portsmouth, NH, and, unwittingly, drift into Mass. waters: can Patrick throw you in jail if you dont have a saltwater fishing license?
What if I want to go out on a party boat: I have to get a license? Does he think this will balance their budget. Damn thing is, the idiots in Massachusetts will support this.

  2. ya, you stray, you pay! We have police officers standing is streets when any outside contractor is doing business, we will also have them at the docks ticketing people...
Have a fine Thanksgiving comrade and thanks for visiting..........

  3. It's a revenue generator. Next MA will be putting Game Wardens to sea. There are some already but wait, there won't be enough.

    More Taxes
