The Sun is Still Free...........

   It still might seem to some that more government is better government.  If our government can not tax it then it must be bad for you and me. Just say that if everyone was able to avail themselves of Solar heat or even take the dip into Solar hot water, what would happen to the revenue stream that flows to the government controlled and regulated municipalities? Don't get me wrong, the day is still ahead where homeowners will be able to afford Solar on the roof if not subsidized by government dollars. 

Prompted by pressure from clean energy advocates, Hawaii and California are quietly working to remove a regulatory obstacle that is slowing a boom in rooftop solar systems in the nation's leading solar states.
