Boston wind turbine center opens with Calif. client: "A California-based wind turbine maker, Clipper Windpower Inc., will be the first company to utilize the new Wind Technology Testing Center in Charlestown, officials announced Wednesday.          More government funny money passed around to create government union approved jobs.  Where are these 300 construction and engineering jobs now?

Funding included a $24.7 million award from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, announced in May 2009, along with $13.2 million in grants and loans from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. The building of the center had used 300 jobs in construction and engineering.
