UMass Lowell to hike fees

       To go to college....hmmmm........is it still an option to do so without some form of financial aid from the government?  I know that the president Obama wants all to go to college for free.  (paid for by you and me)
      How much of the aid does get paid back?  I know we in America are now a knowledge base society (shudder) but one might still try to further there interest in becoming a tradesman..............  a plumber or an electrician.  The country is very short handed in these fields and again some day you will be able to make a good living.  You can always bring your job with you from state to state or from country to country as needed.
