Or the better question would be who decided we have one. No one wants to see anyone sick. The United State paid for and destroyed much of the remaining vaccine that was never used but bought and paid for. I will again take my chances this year, because as for now at least, it still is my choice as to get the shot or not. God Bless You

I forgot all about the "pandemic". I didn't get the H1N1 vaccine either, and won't the next time this "crisis" pops up.
