Pelosi calls on House to return next week to move $26 billion state aid package

It isn't looking too good for the Dems in November so time to do some political adjusting and a securing of the base.

Town, cities and even states have no money. Their budgets are so unsustainable that it is time for the Federal Politicians, who created most of this crap to guarantee and sign the paychecks. But the paychecks are for the teachers, firefighters, and police who are finally seeing the reality of job cuts. The Dems believed, with their fine planning, that the recession would be over by now and the worker bees would be back to work and paying the highly payed and heavily pensioned public sector.

The next shoe to drop will be pitting the little house owner against the bigger house owner. Or the state with the higher cost of living against a smaller lower cost of living state. Why don't we pit the small two family household against the family who has six kids.
Hell, why don't we limit the number of kids a married man and women can have, the size of the house they can live in, and the amount of hours they can keep the lights on at night and how many lights that would be. Sorry, this is already being considered, never mind, nothing to see here....move along and get back to work
