Judge Overturns California's Same-Sex Marriage Ban

Big surprise, would you have guessed differently?
Since when have the people's vote count? We vote for the death penalty in my state and the legislators deny the people. The good news is that in our state they would not even put this question of same sex marriage to ballot and so the courts, who are much smarter than you and me, need not worry about the vote. Do you think they will hear us in November?

  1. The voice/vote of 7 million (legal) California citizens today were deemed irrelivant by one 'federal' activist. 7 millions counts of theft. We are no longer a republic. It is now you the people not we the people. Today we will mourn... tomorrow we will fight.
