Canceling the debt that was never going to be repaid anyway is a nobrainer. The question is about another $60 million to help with reconstruction plans.
Trucks and other heavy equipment are still sitting idle as hardly any of the help or money donated is ever seen by the people who really need it. I am not suggesting a government takeover, but those in charge of this task are not capable or just unwilling to see this mammoth task to completion. It would almost be worth the effort to send over our unemployed to help, they are surely not going to find a work in this country anytime soon.
My Mother, God love her, always said " If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all"..... I say.... Sorry Mom!
