Who's The Big Wind Now

First U.S. offshore wind energy project faces lawsuit

How you feel about 'Cape Wind' is not the issue, how we do business is. The issue is do we or don't we want alternative energy to become a part of the North East and these United States or not. Let's just make up our minds or we can shut off the lights and return to the cave. The electrical grid needs upgrading and we can not drill for oil on our shores.
In 1931, not long before he died, Thomas Edison told his friends Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone:
"I'd put my money on sun and solar energy. What a source of power! I hope we don't run out before we tackle that."
Politicians have have been talking about alternative energy for years but now is the time to start doing not just talking.

  1. I think alternative energy is a good thing, but I also think that Cap & Trade is the wrong response to solve the problem.

  2. Thanks Teresa,
I think we need to do it because we need to do it. Cap & Trade is wrong....

  3. I thought ol' Teddy had sunk that project years ago.

Regardless how efficient they ever become, they'll never product the power of a single coal-fired power plant.
