Panel Suggests Signs of Trouble Before Rig Explosion

I finally agree with something this president has said and it is about the oil spill on the Gulf, "plug the damn hole." As usual, our government will spend time grilling the owners of the well and pointing fingers. The government will enforce more regulations on the industry all the while neglecting to mention that rules and regulations were in effect but someone did not do the job of enforcing them or playing by the rules we already have! If only people would " do the damn job."
