Good bye to Mr. Art Linkletter, one of televisions early pioneers. I remember his TV show, one segment being of him, the well dressed and polite man, talking with a panel of young children. He did not talk down to them but would ask them questions on their thoughts and how they felt about the world. You knew that something was going to be reveled about the child's life or family member that would be a small, yet innocent, embarrassment that would get a laugh and a surprised look by the host.

He was a fun guy! We need some like him today that wouldn't use swear words, sexual innuendo, violence, etc and think it is funny!
