Our governor is looking to upgrade the tollbooths on the Mass Turnpike. My thinking is that the easiest and best way would be to just eliminate said tolls altogether. ( ya, that would happen)
His idea is to make the tolls electronic, eliminating toll takers altogether. Now that the idea has been floated everyone has a take on it and their own way to proceed.
My one question is all those toll takers make good money, will they be retired with a hefty state pension...........where is the savings in that?
