If this government is really serious about getting people back to work they had better re-think these rules
and regulations that are making it harder to stay in business not to mention hire any new employees. Everyone wants safe working conditions but we are going to be the safest unemployed people on this earth! Case in point; lead Safety Certification for..............stay with me........... this new regulation is targeting not only painters, but electricians, plumbers,window installers, pretty much every tradesman except the Do-It-Yourselfer who runs to Home Depot for electrical wire and a hand book... and don't even get me started on the Arc Flash Suits!
You will not be able to work in pre-1978 homes after April 22, 2010 without lead paint certification!
