A Half Hour of a Vacation Well Spent
President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama spent about half an hour this afternoon shaking hands with about 100 Marines, military members and their families at Marine Corps Base Hawaii's Anderson Hall chow hall as they enjoyed a mid-day Christmas meal. 
I guess this is a good thing and he did visit a base and he is on vacation in Hawaii where this base happens to be. Good photo opt and not too much time taken away from his busy vacation schedule.

Interesting, isn't it? G.W. Bush went to his own home for vacations, G.H.W. Bush went to his own home for vacations, Ronald Reagan went to his own home for vacations....The Clintons and the Obamas go to luxurious places where the rich and famous go and either mooch off friends or ('m betting) us taxpayers. Rather telling about their basic values that parlay into their political philosophies.
ReplyDeleteActually, I wished the Obamas and the entire Congress would ALL go on vacation and not return for THREE years. Perhaps then, our citizens would have some restored faith that our economy will rebound, and things will get better. This government is screwing things up at an alarming rate with no end in sight,The sooner he is out of office the better off the USA will become!
The only thing the wanna be cares about are the photo ops and trying to convince the people that things are picking up and it will all work out.Considering the fact that he let the congress and senate give themselves a hefty pay raise with all the perks and said nothing when Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac decided to give themselves billions in raises and bonus's without saying anything derogatory about shows he is definitely not a leader that cares about the people but he has shown he is afraid of the congress,senate and some other government institutions.All he has done is to make things 100 or more times worse than they already were.What about all those promises he made to those who were suckered in by them?he has yet to honor not even 1 to date.He has to go
