Obama Nominees and the taxes they did not pay

Why do so many of these Obama Nominees have a problem with paying or declaring there taxes? I am getting a little nervous, maybe these people are not smart enough to be put in these positions in the government.

I have to pay my tax and my neighbors tax and also their unemployment benefits and mortgage payments.

Maybe if some of these government officials told the truth and paid their share, we would not have to pay so much...... I guess it is still who you know not what you know.....
