Obama told delegates in Copenhagen that the United States would contribute money to help poor nations adapt to the impacts of climate change, only if developing nations agreed to international monitor of their greenhouse gas emissions.
And I truly believe that all the money we just give to other nations will be monitored and no dictator or king of any said nation will take this money and use to better HIS life and well being.
I also believe in the Easter Bunny, Santa, and leprechauns.
