The only stimulus has been to the big banks and Wall street. Yes, there is profits because they used our money and reinvested it...didn't make any loans. How are they able to still pay those large salaries?
I have been paying my bills and my mortgage and no rate decrease has come my way. I have been working on a small business loan for months.
The only stimulus money I see is going to public work not in creating or helping small businesses. The government creates work, not jobs....
