Jobless Rate Climbs / President in Denmark

Jobless Rate Climbs to 9.8 Percent in September - Political News - FOXNews.com:

"Jobless Rate Climbs to 9.8 Percent in September If laid-off workers who have settled for part-time work or have given up looking for new jobs are included, the unemployment rate rose to 17 percent, the highest on records dating from 1994."

The good news just keeps coming and winter isn't even here yet.  According to forecasters here in the North East we are set to have one of the coldest winters on record.

I hope the President and his posse had a fine time in Denmark.  What a sacrifice  for him to take the time from his Presidential duties and fly half way across the world to make a pitch on behalf of Chicago politicians, one of the most corrupt machines in the country, to host the Olympic games in their city.   Good luck to Brazil.  The one and only message in his speech to the committee was that after all these months he used the words America and Proud in the same sentence!

  1. None of those numbers include self-employed people (the small guys and gals) who were forced out of business due to the rough economy. I don't blame Dear Leader for all our ills, however the sub-prime disaster was orchestrated by Barney Frank, the ACORN crew and his band of misfits currently in office.

    2010 can't come too soon

  2. Obama need only look in the mirror to figure out why his Olympic bid failed. In the meantime, it'd be nice if he could stop destroying the economy.

  3. Hi Lady Di! This is VERY BAD news, but not unexpected. While obummer is jetting around the world and spending another $20 Million before it's all said and done, we are shedding jobs faster than the IOU dumps the USA. It's getting worse every day with this poser. I can't find a good new job myself. America will never recover until jobs pick up again. With this commie regime, that will never happen. GOD help the USA. At least Chicago didn't get the Olympics, so there is one bright spot I can smile about. Have a super weekend.
